Pirate's Booty
A niche product with limited national distribution, Pirate’s Booty was recently acquired by B&G Foods and ready for its first big brand campaign. With print as the primary driver, (plus in-store and social playing a strong, kid-friendly supporting role) we repositioned Pirate's Booty as the better-for-you snack moms could feel good about that helps fuel creativity and sense of discovery. And in doing so, gave our little Pirate a big reason for being in the cluttered snackfood category.

social (FB,TW,IG) Who says pirates are anti-social? Since winning the digital and social business for Pirate’s Booty as of January 2015, fan engagement has increased more than 15%. With a focus on simple recipes, meal pairings, relevant content and DIY craft projects, our FB audience alone has increased over 25%.
Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade In 2014, the Pirate had his maiden voyage down Broadway as part of the armada of floats at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. In order to celebrate the occasion, we created activity and coloring books that were handed out, as part of Booty Prize Packs including samples and coupons, to parade-goers on the morning of the big event.
